My female "Chubby" grew to 34" in one year(and stayed that size).I have never had a "super" growing monitor like SHvar's Blackthroat,but all have reached normal size.My current Blackthroat didn't grow more than 2" a month until she turned 6 months old,then BAM!She is almost 5' at 15 months old.Be patient,they all grow at different rates no matter how much you feed them (like people).
