I was feeding my iguana collard greens.soo now I wanna get it to eat different type's of greens but when I offer them to it. wont eat them why?

Try putting some red bell peppers in there, my ig was the same way until I added some color to his salad. Now he gobbles everything up. My salad consists of Collard Greens, Mustard greens, red bell peppers, whole wheat bread, papya, and some watermelon. It all comes together nicely enough to where i would have to go out of the room for him to eat, now he can't even wait for me to get in the room. lol.
