How to tell if a gutlaod is working

Well I finnally mad my gutlaod now what I did was I took strawberries,lettuce,carrots(lots i hear they do alot of good)oranges(the whole thing even the skin is that ok?) and i put it in the food processceor and it finely chopped it then i took the same ingredients and did the same except made sorta of more of a mush now when i looked in my kritter kepper the finely chopped didnt have any crix on it and i oculdnt tell if they ate it (I did this all yesterday so they have been gutlaoded for 1 day is that ok?) i looked in the main bin and i put some mush gutload in there and crix were on it and eating it.I really do need a good reliable recipe you know quanity of starwberries and oranges you know let me know plz
