She's a beaut no doubt, looks like a little ill tempered tho. Being outside will do that, puts the wild back in em, haha. Nice looking yellow!
yeah that is the only time she is ever aggressive. I use her in school shows its just when she touches grass, none of my other snakes do it. I have heard that alot of snakes do this so it isn't that big of a deal to me, she is still a complete sweetheart inside.
LOL, wait till she gets big enough to take a finger just kiddin'

I have been working with snakes and other reptiles and amphibians for the last 10 years, and have dealt with much bigger more agressive animals, so I am not worried about this girl when she gets older but she does keep you on your toes even though she is only 6 and half foot
OUCH!!! Nice lookin' lil lady by the way.

Whew, I thought I had the only big snake that thought he was back in the jungle when he touches grass. I had my burm out in the park yesturday and was embarressed that a couple people watched me for nearly 10 minutes trying to get him back in his sack. He gtes real fiesty

As I started to post....
Just to offer a word of strong advice.. Actions of such in a public park are just the ammunition needed to spark and create the legislation and ordinances that are destroying the reptile owners image and the hobby.
I understand some people taking their pet out for a "stroll", but with the current mindset of the general public your Burm was most likely viewed as an "out of control, wild threat to anyone using the public park".. Use of private, secluded land is your best bet of avoiding altercations and conflict, whether personally or against your local hobbyist population as a whole.
It is sad that the large constrictors have come to this state of reputation with the general public.
sincerely,
Notah Howe
