My brother has no intention of hiring a lawyer or asking that the dog be put down. Getting rid of lawyers would be better than getting rid of snakes. Lol

It is all about responsibility. It really isn't hard to be a responsible pet owner. If you know your dog has the capability to maul someone, it should never be given the opportunity. If your snake is big enough to eat a neighbor's pet or kid than you had better make sure it never escapes or encounters your neighbor's Chihuahua. Plain and simple, yet people continue to be oblivious to common sense. That in turn gives groups like a PETA a "reason" to take away our hobby.
