About housing beauty snakes together....

Bammer Jul 10, 2003 02:12 PM

This somewhat realates back to that person's post acouple down.

I have a female Taiwan, about 6 feet and 1 year and a 1/2. I am getting a male soon. This male is probally 3 or maybe even 5(I am not sure on the age), all I know is that it is a big adult. Could I house the two together? Or would the female be crushed or bullied? Just curious, I barely house my animals together.

Thanks for the info.

I've had a 30in female and a 7ft male Blue Beauty together for 3 months now with no problem. They also share the enclosure with her original roomate, a 4ft Taiwan Beauty. No problems so far. They all bunk together in the same hiding place (I have one for each though, but I never find them spread out) and the smaller snakes end up on top of the pile usually.
