here they are, looking like twins and taking on the beautiful dark purple looks of their mom (so far, at least). one looks to be a female, the other male, but of course none of that is guaranteed. i just say this because one has evidence of notches in the tail while the other looks real smooooth. i am extremely excited because this is one of the first satanics that i have hatched out that gives me hopes of being female (remember all 3 from last season turned out male). this brings it to a total of 6 CB offspring ive produced in the past 2 seasons so far, with only one egg that didnt hatch (the first pair of eggs i ever got, turned out empty by the time its clutchmate hatched), and so far a 100% survival rate of those that hatched. not to mention, mom from this clutch has another pair of eggs yet to hatch and also looks like she'll probably be handing over another pair of eggs real soon!
i wasnt even expecting these till the 20th or later, which made these a real pleasant surprise tonight. i usually estimate the satanics to hatch out around day 90, these two made it out on day 83. no complaints here!
YAHHHHH, Nice Mike, my goodness Your geckos are real LOVERS, can't stop, hehehehehe
SWEET TWINS
A SURPRISE for sure!

great work mike, and good luck with them!
thanks! as of this morning, neither had made it completely through the first shed, which the heatchling from february did manage to do. both are nice and peppy though, which is good. ill be dropping some fruit flies in with em tonight and watching em for a while in hopes that they'll start eating right off. i was able to help the "female" make it through the shed completely, although the "male" still has a tiny bit stuck to his tail and right hind leg. i swear these two are nearly spitting images of one another as for now, and really take after mom. the "female" evidently has a couple of small spots on her, who knows how it will all develop as they age. I LOVE IT!
Awesome!!!! Great job Mike. How many satanics do you have now? At this rate you are going to have a ton of them.

yea, thats for sure. looks like my plans are well under way for building up my own CB bloodlines. only thing is that so many im hatching out turn out male, so i really have my fingers crossed that this one "STAYS" female.
