congrats! its kinda tough to tell when you'll get eggs. could be a couple of weeks, could be a month or more, and yes your female might not even lay at all. generally speaking, from my experience, my phants have bred mostly in the cold months. last time i SAW any of my satanics mating was late february i think, maybe early march. that female has not laid any eggs.
the best way i can suggest anyone to know whether they're getting eggs or not is to be in tune with your gecko's behavior. try offering lots of crickets and fatten her up, and its a good idea to use a calcium supplement. snails have been mentioned as being a good calcium source, and i actually think i saw one of my satanics swallowing down a snail just last night, as she had a bulge in her throat larger than any cricket would be, and it took her a while to push it back past her pectoral girdle. she did eventually get it down. females can get pretty fat (relatively speaking, its not like these tiny gex can actually get really fat), and that could be part of the way of knowing if/when your female is gravid. thenagain, after a good meal she could possibly look just as fat...yet when gravid this ballooned body size tends to fluctuate less between meals. you'll probably notice that they'll rarely cruise the bottom of the enclosure, unless going after a cricket. however, when she's about to lay eggs you'll notice her walking around on the bottom quite a bit, sometimes she'll get an early start (id say up to around 3 days) scoping out good spots to lay at the bottom of the cage. so keep a close eye on her, recognize her habits, and if the time comes hopefully you'll recognize the signs.
Thanks for the reply, very helpful.
