Pastel Peruvian

drimes Apr 14, 2005 08:36 PM

This is our Pastel Peruvian produced by Jim Peters. She was born August 2004, shortly after hurricane Charley passed through Florida. We picked her up last week at the Tampa Reptile Show. Jim called her a Pastel because of the reduction of black in her saddles. I liked her because she looks like she might turn REALLY YELLOW!

I betcha a dollar that animal will knock your socks off. Jim's animals are killer. I got one from the 03 litter and I'm picking up a female as well. I love mine and it is by far the yellowest Peruvian I have.

Great looking animal.

since we are talking yellow. He has a thin saddle line that I would definitely say has pastel colors.

I spoke to Jim about the Northeastern Peruvians at the show. The plan is to acquire one of those males to go with my girl.
Thanks for sharing your pics....now I'm really pumped about these guys.

lord knows I've bugged him enough. If you think these are killer wait until you see the Northeastern Peruvians...pitch black saddles and canary yellow. That is what I'm waiting for.
