What is the smallest cage I can put a baby iggy in?

I just adopted a baby iguana. He is pretty spastic when I go into his cage, but calms down after a while. He is 5" SVL. What is the smallest cage I can put him in until he is tame? I know I need a big cage for him, but I have a hard time catching him in the cage he is in now and it's only about the size of a 30 gallon tank.
