My little snake is eating like a pig ! He eat about two fish every day and i think that he might even eat one every day ! Do you think that giving live fish on a day and frozen trout piece the other day is ok ? I mean alternating between live and frozen is less risky for thiaminase ?
He's way more alert than last month, now he dont just stay on his branch basking, he moves around, soak in his bowl and hide in his caves once in a while. Is this may be a sign of stress ? Or a normal snake day 
My guess is that its just normal but why not ask !
As for the handling, i try to handle him once a week. He still dont bite or musk but he seem to be a little more "active" . He just dont stay in our palm anymore, he move around our finger and i must be prepared for a sprint once in a while . Well thats it for the news. That little nerodia is our first snake and i must say he,s a fascinating little creature.
