Large enclosure question...this doesn't belong here but...

projectpardalis Apr 14, 2005 10:06 PM

I posted this on the frilled board but it seems a little slow there and I have been told that the care for bearded and frilled are similar...any help would be appreciated.

I have an extra 6'x 6'x 6' high greenhouse that i am looking to put to use. I was thinking of using it as an enclosure for a pair of frilled dragons but before I go though the work of setting it up I want to make sure a small greenhouse would work out. Water, heating and cooling are not problems for me as I already have two greenhouses(one 9'x12'x8' high and another 6'x6' greenhouse with a pond for a box turtle)currently operating in the backyard complete with water(for both the animals and humidity) and power where it is needed. Any help would be great. Also could someone suggest a breeder that sells highend unrelated pairs in the states.

Providing the temps don't get too high or too low and the cage is safe from external predators (ie, foxes, hawks, cats, dogs etc) it certainly sounds like a nice big cage for frillies. As for where to buy some frillies, best place to keep an eye on would be the Kingsnake classifieds.
