Finally .. after a very long wait....

I am the proud owner of two juvenile male collareds. It has been a long two years of lurking around this forum and searching for collareds in my area pet stores and after a long wait i found these two in the most unlikely spot. They were sitting in a cage looking up at me as i started my first day at my new part time job. They both looked fairly healthy and happy. muckluck does have a kinked tail and a "club foot", probably from lack of calcium and uvb, and spaz is a lil skinny. but for the most part they are very cute and energetic.

here are the pictures

They did live together the first night they were here. They were living happily together at the pet store, so i let them sleep together one last night and now they are in seperate cages. Plus it gave me extra time to go into the crawl space and clean out the other cage.

My other critters are all wonderful. They are all grown up and some of them are getting pretty old. It really has been a long time since i have had any babies in the house so of course i order the wrong size crickets (too small)so the collareds have been munching down the beardies silk worms until the crickets grow up a bit. My water dragon is truely a beautiful gaint she is currently gravid which drives me to pull my hair out from worry, and my beardies are all great. Spike is probably close to 5 or six now. and he acts like the true elder in the herp room.

thanks for asking .. and maybe i'll stay come out of the woodowork a little more often (but i'm not promising anything )

Those are a couple of cute collared lizards.

They remind me of my Ezra.

By the way, in an earlier post Ezra had bit Annabella's collar when trying to mate. I haven't seen anymore funny business, Anna's not the same species. Ezra is really gentle he ever hisses, bites, nor acts big.
