Thanks Anthony! Just six eggs, which appear to be fertile. She's a pretty small female, just around 4 foot or so which explains the small clutch. I didn't even realize she was gravid, thought she was probably too small so I wasn't paying much attention.

I know the feeling, only my experience was way less exciting. lol - I had that happen with a female Ball years ago...gave up, put her back in a tub by herself and she surprised me with four of the biggest eggs I've ever seen.

Again, congrats. It's good to see the rarer species in the scrub complex being bred in captivity.

Hi Will,
it hasn't been done all that often as far as I know. I know I've been trying for a long time with only females eggbound with infertiles to show for it.

Hi Steve,
they are Morelia nauta. In my experience the females can get 8 foot plus.
