The blue eyed leucistic was produced from either combination of; Platinum, Lesser Platinum, Mojave, Phantom and the High Yellow Lemons from Vin Russo's strain.
The Black eyed Leucistic was first produced by a gentlemen in England (Eric Davies I think his name was) from what are known as Fire Balls.
As for the history ;
Pete Kahl first imported a wild caught black eyed leucy female in 2000 and apparently bred her and is raising the offspring.
Vin Russo hatched the first bleu eyed leucies in 2002 followed by Ralph Davis in 2003.
Ralph has said that his blue eyed leucies from the patriach Platty Dady are completely white while the ones produced from Lesser and Mojave's show the yellow dorsal striping.
