Found a Gopher -- Is it a San Diego?

KenRoshak Apr 16, 2005 11:27 AM

Guys and gals,

A friend of mine found this snake, he lives in San Diego. It has orange toward the tail but the neck blotches seem weird to me. Any thoughts on this snake would be great. Several images can be found at the link.

I can't recall but is it the Sonoran and Pacific that share some of the SD (Annectens) range?

Thanks

HI Ken
If he found it in San Diego , its a San Diego .
Sonorans Range south east Ca and Pacific range north of the LA area .
