Can you keep adult BTS's together?

IM gonna be getting a female northern soon to be goin with my boy. Can i keep them togher year round? 6*2 ft cage. Also do yall have any good websites you can reccomend for breeind info?

The best site by far for all kinds of infomation about blue tongue skinks is bluetongueskinks.net They also have a forum where you can get quick replies and lots more info.
And NO, you absolutely cannot keep them together! They're solitary animals and will very likely injure each other unless you have a large outdoor enclosure. And even if they don't injure each other, the less dominant one will probably become really stressed and unhealthy from being in with another one.

Depends on the skinks. I kept a pair together for years and they happily bred for me and although I did pull the babies as soon as I saw them, they were in with the adults for a few hours at least during birth.

HOWEVER....

That was my pair. Your mileage may vary. You would at least need a really big enclosure. And by really big I mean at least 6' x 6' for comfort's sake. My adult pair at the time had free range of the reptile room (15' x 12') during the winter and during the summer were in a pretty big enclosure (4' x 5') with lots of multiple hiding areas.

Better safe than sorry I always say. Get two roomy enclosures.
