Not a mole cricket, Chris got it right that is a "jerusalem cricket" or "Potato bug"

a Jerusalem Cricket, also called, in CA, a Potato Bug. Legend has it this is the insect that was incorporated by Disney artists into the persona of Jiminy Cricket.
