You may want to consider building like a 15" cabinent under your bottom tank, just to boost it up a little. My cages as they are now sit about 2-3 inches off the floor on casters, but the bottom cages are so far down it's hard to see them. I'm about to start construction on some cabinents to put underneath them. This will give me room to store crap, and let me see all my snakes. The only downside to this in your case would be the top cage, as mine are only 2 high. You may want to do like an 8 inch tall cabinent, however. That would help.
