Hi Scott,

A rack of 5 or 6 individual units can be successfully produced using either a sliding tub rack type system, or front opening bank of cages for $125.00 to $150.00, or possibly cheaper. This would include materials, sealent and heating. My advice is be creative but emulate proven, industry tested designs, and for goodness sake use coarse screws with plywood and pre-drill holes, especially close to the edge of the wood. You will save a ton in headaches and wasted material.

You will need access to at least one good screw gun with a direct, or easily chargeable power supply, drill and screw bits, a circular or table saw, and a power sander. Let me know if you would like to see examples. Good luck.

I didn't mean to post that random pic of the Outer Banks king. I thought it was a pic of an obk in a rack I built. Sorry.
