I got my ball python about two months ago, and I think he's got some kind of obstruction. He hasn't defecated since the last time i fed him, which was about a week ago, and has a swollen red lump on his anal...I figure I'll probably have to take him to the vet, but i was wondering if anyone could tell me what's wrong with my snake, and what to expect at the vets. Thanks in advance.

My BP's usually defecate once every 3 or 4 weeks. My vet said they were perfectly healthy and they are doing great. As far as the red lump, I would tke the snake in to have it checked by a vet. The lump I am not sure of..
