any idea what these horizontal lines are?!?!?!
The lines...what lines. Can't see anything on my monitor. Maybe you need to ask the IT department at work? ha, ha.

This have nothing to do with what is called "lens flare".
1-This may be a corruption of the memory card on that particular item.
2-This may be a download trouble... I mean, if there is power outage of shortage during transfer.
Colorfull lines at the lower left corner are very unusual, its like when a color printer is not well calibrated.
As a try, you may FORMAT the memory card, not just delete.

I actually saw the lines in the veiw finder imediately AFTER the photo was taken.
It only affected about 10% of my picts.
And I DID format my disk when I got home!
