Can they get along? Im worried about my Chihuahua...If I get a tegu will I have to keep them all separated? Id like to be able to let the Tegu run around once in awhile when its older but without fear it will think my Chihuahua or my cat is food..

I would say your little pooch could be food someday! If your dog is big & fast enough, maybe not, but I would say introduce them while your tegu is small and see how it goes.
Someone recently posted an account where a lady was walking her tiny dog, and someones loose pet monitor ran out of a garage and grabbed the dog, and ran into the bushes!
My juvie tegu hangs out with my cats, and they are fine.
