2 zonata from a 4 zonata day

zacksturbaum Apr 18, 2005 08:45 PM

On Saterday, April 16, found 4 zonata, here are 2 of them.

Found in a crevice with a 14"-15" alligator lizard, the snake was only about 10" long:

This zonata was found under a rock with a gartersnake, it was around 30" long.

Have a good spring,
Zack

Were found in southern sierra region so L.z.multicinta? Some range maps say parts of the southern sierra are considered integrade zones with the coastal zonata, but i dont really know all the details. I'll just say these are from the southern sierra region.

Good going! I've only found one this year (Mt. San Jacinto) but that's enough for me.
