carryin cham outside

is it good to carry your chamn around outside because i dont got my cage setup so i was goin to let him hang off me and go for a little walk outside is that alright or is it too stressful

Luna's first summer I did it that way. I had a nice branch she would get on and I would walk around the property. I would also put her in appropriate size trees - well, small trees. We have some dwarf apple and a young crabapple and a couple others that I'd put her own, but none where I could not reach the highest or deepest branch. If you put him on a tree with fruit, make sure it is safe in case he eats it. If unsure then don't risk it.

all that said, if he is not happy being on your arm or a branch then it's time to get that cage set up

and remember - don't turn your back, even for a second. I knwo I keep saying that but we don't want to hear another bird snatching story!

OK, I gotta get back to work...(I am sooooo bad!)
