flexwatt, series or parallel?

milkman2 Apr 19, 2005 09:19 PM

When running 3inch flexwatt (or any flexwatt for that matter) does it matter if it is in series or parallel? if plugged into a light strip it is in parrallel, but if you have two separate pieces close to each other, as in trying to make a 6 in wide hot spot, does it matter? also on longer runs, rather than running back to the power source. I am experamenting with both but would like some input from those that have worked with it.... So far, I have not noticed much of a difference, but then again, I have not broken out the amp-probe yet

It is all the same.. I have wired it in just about any combo you can imagine and have had no problems...
