Today when i came home from school i looke din my turtles tank to find my baby red belly slider on the turtle dock dead. He seemed perfectly healthy yesterday. I just changed the water in the tank a few days ago, but all my fish and my older res are fine. I don't understand. Im really upset he was my little baby.

Maybe he was sick when you got him? Was there a gurantee?

Sorry to hear that. Was it a hatchling? It is not uncommon for hatchling turtles to go along fine for a few weeks or even a months then suddenly die.

He was about 6 monthes old... I know that it happens for no reason sometimes, it just really sucks.
