Balls OFF Feed... Just a question...

Kevin Ray Jul 10, 2003 06:52 PM

I know that Ball Pythons have the tendincy to go off food at times. I just thought they did it through the winter months. I have about 7 Ball that havent ate for a while. The were pounding rats for their 1st year of life and now just wont eat. I am not worried about any of them, I am just looking for thoughts on this. Is it a year round thing or could something be wrong? All the non feeding snakes are in the same rack, but their is others in there as well that are still feeding. Thanks

I've had the same thing happen with several balls I'm trying to raise up as well. After about the 1st year of their lives, a lot of them have gone off feed. I think it's just part of being a ball python.
