Help - Cleo, Josh, Geebo...how to post pics??? (want to show off my babies)

jwr0201 Jul 10, 2003 07:00 PM

Please explain how to post pics on this forum. Where does one go to find a site to post the pics and then, how do you do it? I can fly a sailplane, paddle a sea kayak, brew home-brewed beer and build cabinets, but can't figure this one out!!! Thx!!! (dumb) RR

LOL don't feel dumb I could not do it either, I had a cheap camera and some really crappy pics of some babies and thought I would try. Guess I was wrong LOL. I am going to try hopefully again in a day or so though

Ok, first you need to host them somewhere. I suggest here at kingsnake in the photo gallery. It is free also. your user name for the photo gallery should be the same as the one you use in the forums. Then just click on the upload pics button and it is pretty self explanatory from there. Then once they are uploaded, come into the forum. When you are posting a post, at the bottom it says "select image from photo gallery". You can select whichever pic you have in the kingsnake photo gallery here. That is how you post one pic. To do multiple pics it is a little different. Yo have to plug the pic url into this: (img)pic url(/img) But when really putting a pic in replace the ( and ) with [ and ] . The pic url is when you right click on your pic, pic properties, and then there is a url there. Copy and paste it into the equation above. You can do this for multiple pics. I hope this made sense.
