...so she shed on 4/16 and laid on 4/20? If you saw ovulation, how many days pre-laying? More details please...

I've seen a few unusual things as well this year...nothing significant unless and until I see eggs from these females...

I'd personally like to hear more about this case of yours...certianly sounds unusual to say the least...thanks...

4-16 and laid 7 good eggs and 1 dudd on 4-20. not sure if it matters but she hasnt eaten since 1-26. anyone else have these odd time frames? thanks.

...so she did lay about 50 days post ov...but the post-ov shed/pre-lay shed was out-of-whack...pretty interesting...not something you see too often...

I have a female that is overdue for her post-ov shed...we'll see what happens...first I want to see eggs lol!

thanks and good luck on a pied!!

I had a female ovulate in the third week of February, shed about the third week of March and lay on April 5...a couple of weeks earlier than I expected. The eggs look great and are fine. The very weird thing is that she went into a shed cycle just days after laying and shed like 8 or 9 days after laying. I wondered if it had something to do with me removing the eggs, but I always do and have never seen that before. Ball pythons are just to interesting.....lol
