Who is Ralph? And what's a Leucy?

(OK, I'm new to the Ball Python world, so sue me!)

A leucistic animal is white, typically with black eyes. Ralph Davis owns this snake. It is the "Holy Grail" of Ball Pythons. He has produced 8 so far, and will produce more this year. Noone has ever sold a blue eyed Leucistic BP.
