Several months ago I posted a pic of a baby Brown Mangrove. It was one of a litter which another poster (sorry I forgot the name) had more of.
My specimen has grown to three feet and is still a very dark brownish black on it's dorsum with narrow yellow bands.
What is interesting is that while she has equaled (in length) the two "normal" Mangoves in my collection who were the same age, she has remained extremely slender. This apparently is not a result of malnutrition, as she eats well and grows, but more the case of a more delicate build in general.
The question is out to my Canadian friend who got the others. How are they growing up? Is it the same differece with those as well?
