Candle them in a few days to see if you can see any veins in the eggs. My girl just laid 12 eggs on Sunday 11 of them survived and thankfully I had an incubator on hand no thanks to my husband that said it was a waste of money until I knew that I'd have eggs. I just candled them yesterday because I was so excited to see if I could see anything in them well to my surprise I could already see little veins in some of the eggs. This is my girls first clutch as well and my first time hatching any kind of eggs so I have no idea what I'm doing and the only knowledge I have is from other people and from things that I've read so I know where you're coming from. I kind of figured that my female was gravid when she stopped eating but I couldn't tell until about three days before she laid her eggs. Other than that all I can really say is congrats on your eggs and you're a breeder now.
