Last night i feed him a trout piece with a pinkye, and tonight while i was preparing our dinner, i throw him a little piece of ground beef, raw...and he eat it ! Do you think that it is wrong to offer beef once in a while ? I'm doing some research on this and cant find a clear answer...

I would not reccomend it. I would think it has too high of fat content.

I wouldn't recommend beef either....not too many snakes out there eat cows in the wild.
