Well id have to say... Judging by the way the tail slightly curves towards its right eye.. And since it has has 2 dorsal scales.. that it is a... well i dont want to get ahead of myself.. it could be either a snazzle cat tailed viper... Or... maybe.. a red yellow red rat eyed snake. Thats just my guess tho.. and i say red yellow red rat eyed because of the distinctive word RED on its back.. and YELLOW on its belly.. I THINK ... the pictures are a little fuzzy .. and its late here.

YOu can learn a lot from the way it moves.. does it move sideways? if so its probably a straffing black nurse snake

if it walks on 2 tails.. its probably a bipeded headed snake

thats my suggestions
hope it helps

Dang! Take the gauze bandage off the camera lens, please. That looks like some variety of watersnake to me. A clearer photo will allow us to say for sure which variety. Also, a pic of the snake's underside would be a plus.
