leave him be and let nature take its course, i hope some experienced breeders will respond.... usually it takes a bit for them to get out of the egg, some will hang their head out and rest for a bit before continuing, i would wait........

He will hatch on out once he is rested. Sometimes they take an entire day to hatch out. removing him you may harm him or tear the sac.

It is completely normal for them to take a long time to come out of the egg after slitting through.. some will do it in an hour.. some will do it in two days... if his head has popped through.. and he's just laying there.. he should be fine.

A lot of times it looks like the dragons are completely dead or dying.. there not.. just exhausted and worn out.. trying to remove him will cause stress and put un-nneeded strain on him as well as possibly tearing something inside the egg that is attached to the dragon.

He will come out when he's ready.. just make sure you keep the temps right for him and the humidity up.. sometimes if you take them out and "watch" them it can cause the humidity to go away and the egg and fluids dry up and could possibly cause the dragon to get stuck. Just keep him in the incubator and he should be fine.

Congrats on the babies.
