How to tell a Jampea from a normal?

lbratcher4 Apr 23, 2005 01:47 AM

I am thinking about buying a pair of Jampea dwarfs from LLLReptiles but the pic looks like they have orange eyes and from what I read they are suppose to be silver is that right or can they be orange? How do you tell them apart? I don't want to spend 500 on a 100dollar snake. Thanks for any info.

Winslow Here,

Jamps have a reduced neck pattern in general and some none at all. The eye color of babies may be orangish but generally lightens as they age.

I dont know the person/store that you are buying from so you should ask them if these animals are from a reputable breeder. you may want to ask who the breeder is and make sure they confirmed the sale to the company that you are buying from.
