Tegus have their own personalities as people do. However, to go with the norms or generalization with young tegus, espically blues, juvies are/should be quite lively and active for a few hours a day. The first aspect is to check her/his temps, this is crucial and simply could create lathargic behavior. Second, would be a concern for possible MBD symptomology setting in.
Is she getting enough calcium and Vit D3? The third possible issue may be related to her diet. What is your feeding routine and content for her?

Hope this places you in a positive direction!

her temps are good basking is like 110 and other side is like 80 degrees. I feed her ground turkey with calcium wixed with greens, and every other day i feed her a fuzzy mouse. Also every once and a while i feed her hard boiled eggs and crickets. I also offer fruit like apples and pears. i sure hope she doesnt have mbd if so can it be cured through heavy calcium doeses or any thing.. thanks

Wow, it seems like you are doing a great job regarding her diet. The temps are fine as well. Has this been occuring for a while now or only recently? You may want to make sure the calcium contains Vit D3 (rep-cal does, as well as miner-al indoor formula) if she is not getting UVB lighting to help her in digesting calicum properly. If this is only a recent event, give her a few days. Some days, espeically when going into shed, they will be a bit lethargic. A vet visit may be need to full evaluate the situation if this "problem" continues.

The best of luck!!!

Your Tegu may be a bit lazy because of the ground turkey if you are using it regularly. I have heard that turkey contains some sort of sedative. Maybe try ground chicken instead and see if your tegu improves. Good luck.
