Thanks, that awesome saturated orange milksnake phase male I bought from you(pic below) will most likely be the first mate for this milksnake female. She is a Vermilya produced animal and although not quite as saturated she is just as nice, both her parents were great orange leonis and her mother has super reduced black.

Those two females are in fact very friendly natured.

I was looking at your photo gallery and saw that little study you did about housing them together. I may try something like that. What size tank did you have those 5 together in?

That group shot from last year you mentioned was a 10 gallon display tank, had that group of '03 females in there all summer, in addition to a couple other female groups... with no trouble. They also brumated together without a glitch and several are still together in tubs, only smaller groups in large tubs because of their sub-adult size.

Thanks for the compliment by the way, as I mentioned to Mike... the milksnake female in the pic is a Vermilya produced animal and the leonis is a really nice F1 from Tim Gebhard.
