Sneezing Corucia

groundskeeper24 Apr 24, 2005 01:13 AM

My prehensile tail seems to be sneezing every now and then. Is this just his way of secreting salt or could it be a respiratory infection? He looks really good and is eating, drinking, climbing, and pooping well, ie all of the things corucias are supposed to do. I feed him all organic greens, so I'm not sure where he'd be getting salt into his system.

Hey If I were you I would watch closely, but try not to worry, all of my PTS sneeze some times. I am sure why but it has never been anything wrong, just sneezing. If there are no other signs of a RI then I wouldn’t be worried at all.

My three seem to sneeze, too. Not regularly or constantly, but often. So if you don't see watery eyes or any discharge anywhere or signs of ill health otherwise, it is probably normal.

My PTS mostly sneeze when the humidifier comes on- mist in the nose? Occasionally at other times too, but I am not concerned as long as I see no discharge from the eyes or nares- and everyone is eating/defecating/maintaining weight ect.
