Aromatherapy & Lizards?

Ok, maybe a real strange question, but.......... I'm a Massage Therapist, and sometimes use aromatherapy with my treatment sessions. I use only natural essential oils, usually lavendar, tangerine, bergamont & ylang ylang. Will/can they have any effect on lizards in the room or house? I've got anoles, crested geckos & a bearded dragon. Any info is appreciated!
