i got no idea what to feed my eastern american toad and i do not know what to feed him or her and i got no idea what to look for. need to know what to be looking for signs of a girl and signs of a boy.

You can feed it crickets,mealworms,waxworms,moths,and silkworms but crickets should be the main feeding item.

it will eat just about any thing.mine eat crickets,meal worms,wax worms,can cat food,moths,and even pinky mice some times for treats.males are smaller and will chirp if you pick it up by its back.males will have black cowlesses on top of the thumbs.females have thinner fourarms.male also have bigger ear drums. hope that helps p.s. it will also eat nightcrawlers and gold fish.
