I own a blackthroat, as well as a savannah and had a bad expierence with a nile, In my opinion the blackthroat would be the best choice, but they get large 5-6 feet, as do niles even larger, savannahs on the other hand and in my expierence stay under four feet usually, but that is just my savannah, there are a lot of very knowledgeable people on this forum, and I think that all of them would suggest the blackthroat out of the three you suggested. And as for niles, you can get wild caught babies for 19.99 at reptile shows, with plenty of free mites thrown in with it.
thanks
