Tail shedding problems

Hey, my bearded is between three and four years old and he has started having trouble shedding the skin off of his tail. I try soaking him but it really doesn't help much and he doesn't like me touching his tail that much. Anyone know of something to aid in shedding this old skin?

Try BioMist by exoterra. It's great for retained shed.
