I'm pretty sure that's an egg, what do you think?

Isis was pretty tired from all that digging and decided to take a quick rest (so I took a quick pic ). If you look just in front of her back foot (the lower part of the abdomen), you can see a distinctive lump there (there is actually two lumps per side).

Do female uros need a mate to produce eggs? If not, I'm very certain they are infertile. If so, I may have to give Ra the nickname "stud"

she does look lumpy and just because you see 4 lumps does not mean there are not more eggs in there. my little collared lizard had 6 in her. it's really amazing from seeing my collared and pictures on the forums of just how many eggs they can pack in themselves.
i am not sure about uros specifically but i know with some species that females get eggs regardless if there is a male and it is up to a boy to make sure the eggs get babies inside of them. but you never know, maybe why you weren't looking some marvin gaye started playing and isis gave into his willful charms
