i just aquired my first plated lizard...he is really beautiful. i just wanted to make sure that i was feeding him...or her....correctly. collard greens, grapes, banana...as a treat. crickets..and meal worms...does that sound good. i got a basking light and a uvb light. i think it is only 5% uvb...is that ok? well thanks for all the help and info that you can give.

Congrats on the new plated! I'm sure you'll enjoy her very much! Some of the things I feed mine are apple, banana, beet greens, sweet potato, grapes, strawberries, etc. The trick is variety, feed her all kinds of things and she'll be very healthy. If you don't mind feeding pinkies to the lizard then those would be very good for her, and superworms are also a good sized food item. I don't use any UVB on my plated, but I do supplement her food with vitamins and minerals.
Hope this helps!
