could u blackthroat owners post your adult blackthroat cages and tell the dimensions.

Its going to be 8' x 4' and have sliding glass doors in the front. I plan on adding engraved edging to match the handles on the doors and staining it a nice red mohogany, as it will be in my living room.
My b-friend just started building it last night, and he figures that itll be completed by the end of the weekend. All the materials, except for the edging have cost $258. We were origninally going to buy a more expensive type of wood, but settled on the cheaper stuff at $13. a sheet because our finances are kinda tight right now 
Ill try and get a friend to post some pics for me when its completed, for I am a complete novice when it comes to computer opperations!

Hi Michelle.
I would love to see pics when/if you can. I have built a couple and used mahogany stain for the trim outside and a beige color (oops paint from home depot). It looks pretty good I think. I will take some pics this weekend and post if I can.
