I'm not a panther cham. expert, but do the chameleons have enough privacy? Adequate foliage? No noise or distractions near the cage? Is the female sexually mature?

hi thanks for the reply, the chameleons are i a quite room with no noise,im a work allday and the mister is automatic and almost silent.there is plenty of plants in there and the female are receptive, nice pale colours and the posture is of a willing panther.i have had no probs with any of my other panthers just the nosys....infact my sambavas are like pornstars!!!LOL.
the male goes in,and the females up for it,he runs over and then its"wham bang thankyou mam"!!!the nosys look great and are around 14-15 months old

You should probably remove the male & try again in a few days. You may want to introduce the male into a single female's cage. The Panther Chameleon: Color Variation, Natural History, Conservation, and Captive Management by Gary Ferguson may have some good info on breeding. You can also post to the KS-chameleon forum.
Goodluck
