an air compressor 10-15psi, but do not ever exceed 25psi, it'll make a mess.
Seriously, I would look at just using healthy mice, avoid pet store mice as they are often scrawny and underfed. If the mice are healthy they shouldn't need to be gutloaded.

Same as you would crickets or anything else, feed them healthy food that is beneficial to your monitor ahead of time then feast.

1.3 feeder mice - One of them was fed to my monitor by mistake so now I have 3, which one was fed is unknown as I am not at home right now, darn it! How am I suppose to reproduce with dead mice? ~_~
