ok im pretty sure

im pretty sure he is shedding, his eyes today look alot more opaque than they have before , his color also looks very drab and washed out, a few days ago he had a real nice red to him now it almost looks brown.
so i guess i am going to wait and keep looking in the cage for either his color to come back or to find the shed skin, i guess which ever i find first.

you will see both. once snakes shed, their colors are the best right after the shed. it will take some a few days or a couple weeks to shed. important to keep humidity up during this time.

He's definitely shedding, and you'll know when he's done. It won't be a little piece of skin you might miss, its a pretty big piece (obviously as long as the snake) and as long as you've been keeping him humid during shed cycle, it should come off in one piece.

You might have missed the post at the bottom of your previous post.
The poster added some good information.

Your snake will go into the "blue", get dull looking and then you will look in on it and it will look normal, but guess what, it hasn't shed yet.
After they go into the blue they will clear up and then 3 or 4 days later they will finally shed.

They usually like to eat after they shed.
The timing should be just about right.
After it sheds try feeding it again. Try a small meal since it hasn't been eating.
I can't figure out why the pinkie died unless the snake tried to eat it but it was too big and the snake couldn't take it down all the way.
Was it moist?
It is possible it only got it part way down.
You did have air holes in the deli dish didn't you?
By the way the smaller the dish the better.
I would still recommend placing the snake with a live (small) pinkie in a small deli dish, over night.
I say live because live is more apt to stimulate a feeding response in a non-feeder then F/T.
This is rough and you may not have the heart for this but you could take a pin or needle and poke a hole in it's head to expose a little brain matter. This is really tough to do.
Over night lends for less stress and since they are mostly nocturnal this is a more natural time for them to eat.
keep us posted
